Good morning all,
I've been up since 5 and just couldn't stomach the idea of more eggs and cheese this morning. So I had a low carb bar instead.
I've got to go grocery shopping so my choices are limited this a.m.

Happily, my boy friend is showing a slow and steady loss. He weighed him self and he's 2 lbs lighter this morning then he was yesterday. Yay!
He's really metabolically resistant and lactose intolerant. I really think that the flax seed oil has made all of the difference but he still glares and makes a face when he's aware that I'm giving it to him.
Poor guy.
He also has cut way back on his dairy - which I really think helped.

I know this is probably wishful thinking but I really want to be 150 by Thanksgiving. I'd really like to have lost 20 lbs by then. Ah well, slow and steady wins the day.

I do think that I'm back in ketosis though. I've noticed that I have this weird taste in my mouth that wasn't there after I had those two pieces of bread.

Does any body else have this issue?
