I went completely off the diet for a few months so it's no big surprise that I've gained weight back.
Weigh-in:

I had some stuff happen that prevented me from signing in recently.
I'm back though and while I haven't stayed on the diet really at all since December, I have been doing it for the past couple of days but not really keeping track of the carbs.
Food Diary:
Bkfst:
2 eggs 1.2
4 pieces of Canadian bacon 3.6
1 & 1/2 Cups of coffee with splenda and h. cream

mid-morning snack:

I'm a little down today. It's my own fault and my own thing, I know. It's a vicious cycle kind of thing.
My weight has gone up instead of down so I'm craving chocolate.
Naturally, the only thing in the house that's chocolate are the low carb bars that I am 100% sure are what's reversing the weight loss.
So I eat one. And this morning, it looks like I am up yet another pound.
Great.
I know that it doesn't happen that quickly but that doesn't really make me feel better about it.
Well, at least the low carb bars are gone now. I'm going to look over my food journal from the period of time that I was losing weight and just go with that. Whole food is always going to be better than a bar, no matter how low carb or vitamin enriched.
No breakfast today, just couldn't do it.

I'm a little bit confused.
According to my Atkins book, the 2 cups of cabbage with onions and bacon that I had this morning works out to about 5.4 net carbs.
According to the kitchen it's 9.58 - which count do I go with?
