Okay so the weekend went better than I anticipated.
The future mother in law was supportive of the diet.
We did a planned cheat night Saturday night. The planned cheat was just going to Carrabba's and I planned on getting a huge bowl of pasta but, when I got there - the pasta wasn't as appetizing as I thought it would be.
So my only real cheat was the two small pieces of bread that I had.
I know that I threw my body out of ketosis so I'm going back to my militant attitude about food until Thanksgiving.
I am going to eat anything that I want on Thanksgiving. I'm not going to stress about it. I am not going to beat myself up over it.
It's just food and this is just a diet. I'll survive it.
I'm not craving sugar at all anymore which I think probably means that my sugar cravings were kicked off by TOM stuff and not because of anything that I was eating or not eating.

I'm really glad to be home.

Breakfast:
1 & 1/2 eggs, scrambled

2 cups of coffee with splenda and powdered cream
(ick - must get more Stevia)

Lunch:
tuna salad with mayo,celery, dill pickle on fresh spinach

I'm going to go ahead and record my stuff for tomorrow here. We go out of town for the weekend to visit with his family.
I plan on staying strong and since Jeff has conveniently laid in stock of sugar free candy, we'll take those with us.
Although, I think that they make my sugar cravings worse. I wasn't having any until we got that first bunch.
Argh.
The dreaded TOM is actually here. Which could be why I'm craving sugar.
The thing that I've found cool is that even when I'm craving sugar now, I crave the stuff that I can have. I don't crave bread or pasta or anything.
I'm craving sugar free stuff.
Neat.
When we get back, I'm going to start up with the Pilates and yoga. Excercise is important even if it's only time that I'm setting aside for myself. I can't let work take over my life the way that it has over the past week.

Steak & eggs w/bacon
1 cup of coffee with stevia and powdered cream
