I had a bit of a revelation today. My husband has T2 diabetes and yesterday his test results were just OK. I his diet is really healthy... Has to be but he snacks at night. Not good. I have come to the conclusion that he and I should eat healthier together. I he says he will switch his snacking to raw vegetables if I give up eating chocolate. I fair trade I think and it should benefit us both. I am now off to make salsa and hummus dips for carrots later.

Think I'm with my buddy P on the 16:8 plan. I at least I won't eat outside and I can't cram that much into 8 hours, even with my gluttonous appetite. I weigh in Friday. Saturdays fingers xd.

It's turning out to be a better day than I anticipated. Not as hungry today and managed a short walk without my stick. Nice healthy lunch and feeling better than I have for a few weeks.
