I made yoghurt and ate it with a drizzle of mankuna honey and a couple of pecans. It was lush! I counted it in but I don't regret the extra calories because I need the calcium and the nuts for their antioxidant properties. I can thoroughly recommend that you make yoghurt from scratch. It tastes nothing like the shop bought stuff. Mega yummy!

Acai berry juice gas found its way in to try to boost my immunity and chase off the free radicals. I certainly feel a little bit livelier but time will tell. I my favourite lunch of Greek salad today. Brings back memories of my stay in the Greek Islands.

Another small loss but I'll take that. Gums are still healing and any sweet or sharp food makes it worse so I've been sucking frozen melon. Nice!
