Simple changes bring good results. I over 10lbs gone without great effort. I will soon be below 200 which is my first goal. I'll take a nice walk today in celebration!

Plenty of exercise today but quit high calorie intake but I'm happy it's all been good quality food. Huge seafood tagliatelle to cook tonight with my favourite bisque sauce but I may leave out most of cream! We always have a pudding on the weekend so tonight it's almond pancake with fresh Strawberry compote. Sugar and almost carbohydrate free for my diabetic hubby
