Slow start to my day but pushing through it all and trying to work a miracle lol! I have a lot to do still and haven't been utilizing my time wisely. I really should work on correcting this. I don't really have much in the way of updating. There is a family BBQ tonight so I am hoping that I don't go over my Calorie intake. Anyhow...off to finish getting rid of some of these tasks on my to-do list.

*Focus T25: Catching up on workouts...got behind by a day so fixing it. Did Cardio and Ab Intervals today and holy crap! It kicked my butt HARD! I am proud I pushed through even though I was lagging with Abs. I still did it though! So...YAY!

Plank: 30 second side plank dips...these I struggle with so badly. I need to improve the strength of my obliques. I have to have one knee down on the ground while I do these to help but someday...I will do them with proper form and yeah. :)

I woke up today due to the heat and it was gross. I hate waking up to that and being all sweaty and bleh. Anyhow, I am going to do my best to eat healthy today. I am planning on eating veggies with every meal even if it means a salad three times a day...because that is what I have on hand currently LOL!!

I have a lot that I need to get done today, especially studying so I need to make sure that my focus is there. I have to take my preassessment for Microeconomics tomorrow and hope that I do well enough so I can schedule my final before I leave for Texas on the 16th. Maybe it's a little too much pressure but I feel pretty confident that I can get it done. :)

I am determined to follow through with my to-do list. I have to start working harder to whittle this thing down. No more excuses. No more dragging my feet. This is super important so I need to achieve this today. I've been dragging my feet on working out in the evenings as well which needs to stop. I've been neglecting myself again despite my working out and I know that I have been going over my sodium amount by a lot. I'm super bloated today...weighed in very heavy thanks to it but ultimately, I know it's my own damned fault. I have to take this more seriously than I have been.

*Focus T25: Lower Focus is soooo hard! I don't like this one much either but I do like it more than Total Body Circuit lol! My thighs were screaming not even halfway through it! I managed but I don't think I worked as hard today.

Plank: 20 second side plank dips...these kill me. Like...it really shows that I need to strengthen my obliques. So...another thing to work on. :)

Yoga: Did not happen.

Chugging along...that pretty much describes me at the moment. House hunting, job hunting for this move...packing and then planning for my trip in July...yeah...there's a lot of stuff going on but I have managed to find the time to workout. I have worked out consistently for the last 3 weeks and I am proud of myself. Though I have fallen a bit behind with my FB group due to those days when I was ill and having bad dizzy spells, I have made it this far and I already notice small results. My stomach is slowly flattening and my stamina has improved so much. I am very proud of myself for these little changes. I just have to keep going...keep pushing through and complete the T25 program!

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Speed 1.0. Fun workout...still love it. My daughter struggled with it but she is only 9. She needs work on her form a lot but it will come in time. I managed to push through even though I ended up getting interrupted several times during it by phone calls and such lol!

Plank: 50 second plank...omg!! Sooo hard! I was super shaky but kept telling myself that I can do it...I almost...almost put my knees down but managed not to.

Kettlebell: I had the option of working out...but hung out with my girls instead.

I am not worrying about the slight gain. Reason for this? That time of the month is approaching so I am not putting too much stock in it. I know it will go away. I looked at my fitness planner today and I can't help but feel such a strong sense of pride. Yes, in the second week of this month, I ended up barely working out which in turn made me restart the second week on the T25 program but I am still proud. Now, I just need to start getting in my evening workouts and all will be well. I know I can do it...I just need to get into making it a habit. Anyhow, on to finishing up this day strong.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Stretch was soooo nice today. It felt good to stretch out all those worked muscles. Some moves were a little hard because my thighs were screaming from being worked so hard yesterday so I had to take frequent breaks in certain moves but I made it through with a decent burn.

Plank: 45 second plank. Whew...this was a hard one for me but I had managed it. I definitely could feel it in my obliques. I keep telling myself that I can do this even though I know it's going to get harder...but you know...I can't give up.
