Chugging along...that pretty much describes me at the moment. House hunting, job hunting for this move...packing and then planning for my trip in July...yeah...there's a lot of stuff going on but I have managed to find the time to workout. I have worked out consistently for the last 3 weeks and I am proud of myself. Though I have fallen a bit behind with my FB group due to those days when I was ill and having bad dizzy spells, I have made it this far and I already notice small results. My stomach is slowly flattening and my stamina has improved so much. I am very proud of myself for these little changes. I just have to keep going...keep pushing through and complete the T25 program!

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Speed 1.0. Fun workout...still love it. My daughter struggled with it but she is only 9. She needs work on her form a lot but it will come in time. I managed to push through even though I ended up getting interrupted several times during it by phone calls and such lol!

Plank: 50 second plank...omg!! Sooo hard! I was super shaky but kept telling myself that I can do it...I almost...almost put my knees down but managed not to.

Kettlebell: I had the option of working out...but hung out with my girls instead.
