So I am still in the process of trying to establish a proper routine which is proving to be rather difficult. My work schedule is constantly shifting which doesn't help matters much but I have to find some way to push through it. There's a lot of stuff going on and in the beginning of October, I am taking a trip down to CA to have an early celebration for my mom's 60th birthday. Her birthday is actually in January but October is a time that everyone can go and Disneyland isn't supposed to be too crowded so yeah. I am going to try my best to still working out because I am determined to complete the Focus T25 program.

I am pretty happy with my loss so far and that has been through just trying to control my eating. I like to think I have been pretty successful on that front. My eating still needs work but at least I am on the right track I think. This new superfood powder that I am drinking in my almond milk helps out a lot with those craves as well keeps me full for a little longer. Working with 3 year olds also help because I am constantly moving. On the weekends, it's harder to get my steps in but I try.

I will not be able to walk as much today because I have to spend a lot of it catching up in homework but I am going to try my best. Today, I am planning on starting my workout routine as well so...fingers crossed!! :)

So guess who's back?!

Yes...I have gained a lot. I am now at my heaviest. But you know...I am not going to sit here feeling sorry for myself. It was my fault given the circumstances of a road trip to Texas and then moving up to Idaho (which I am still in the process of). I didn't watch my eating. I didn't exercise daily like I used to. So the inevitable happened. I am okay with this. I am honestly looking forward to tackling this once again. I am determined to get to my desired weight. Moving to Idaho has given me and my girls a fresh start so once we are fully settled and everything, I am going to tackle this problem of eating and working out.

Because of my gain, I am starting my diet over. Again, I am not looking at this as a failure. This is a new beginning for me. So...I am remaining positive and optimistic about everything! Now...I suppose I should go. I have to look for furniture for my place. :)

So taking the advice of my good friend, KellyM25. I am going to hold off on the lifestyle changes and such until I am fully moved...because it's starting to prove to be a little more chaotic than I anticipated. I've moved before so you would think that I would know this but I guess I was being a little too optimistic lol! Anyhow, I am going to try my best to workout daily and eat better still but I am not going to be super strict with it. This is already a stressful time though I am still very upbeat and positive about my move so I think it would be best to just ease up on myself for now. :)

On a plus note, I have lost a little bit already! Woo!! Would it be weird if I brought my scale on my trip to Texas? Like...it's become habit to weigh in every morning (I average on Sundays). We'll see. :)
