Can anyone tell how the point system works for Weight Watchers? I would like to join but don't know which plan to go on. Hubby is mad I want to go on another diet and doesn't want me to join Weight Watchers but I could go on line but I need a babysitter and weighting in helps. Just not doing good on Atkins and TOPS, I'm hunger all the time and lost my get up and go to lose weight. Thanks any help from you guys might get me going. Appy

Hi everyone, not doing well, just can't get it together. I'm ashamed I haven't even weighted in. I bought a horse after not owning one for 10 yrs and promised myself I was going to lose weight so I wouldn't be to heavy on him and I still haven't done that. I stopped excising too. I found a article in a mag. about when you want to eat to say HALT Hunger, Anger,Loniness,Tired and I try that. It works if only I do it everytime I want to over eat, especially at night. So everyone I need a swift kick in the pants for not staying on this program.

Not doing well. Have to get back on the wagon and get serious about losing weight. I think my mind thinks it's a big joke. Weigh more now then last year. Very disappointed in myself.
