Well, I guess I should of weighed in last week, I was 166, lost 3#. But of course there was alot of get togethers this past week and I have no control over my eating habits. I've been on diets since I've been 18 and now at 65 I still haven't learned anything, I take that back I've learned alot but to lazy to apply to my daily living. I am not happy with my self so I can't be happy with anyone else. Some people have joined Over Eaters Anonymous and I found out there is a class right here in my town on Tues. nights. Has anyone gone to these meetings? Don't know where else to go to get help.

Got the Weight Watchers books and sliders on E-Bay and followed it this last week. Did make a difference in my portion size. I'm going to stay on this diet, always did good with W.W. before. I want to make 2008 the year of LOSING.

thanks to the dear member that told me about going to E-Bay for the Weight Watchers slider. I just bought the starter kit,books and slider. I'm waiting for delivery. I hope I can make sense out of the program now. I did so well on WW before and hope to do good again, I'm just not doing good on my make up diets and keep gaining weight all because of over eating. Hope this give me the push I need. Have a family member that lost #50 and she is my idol now and hope I can follow in her foot steps.
