Anyone eat before a workout?
I think everyone has to determine what is the timeline they can eat before a workout. I try not to eat at least 2 hrs before a workout. This gives me enough time to digest the food and not get cramps. When I do hot yoga I have to not eat 3 hrs before class or I get very quizy and light headed. If I do workout in the morning, then it's no more than a couple of bites.
