It has been a while since I last logged in. I have gained some weight back, partly because of new meds my docs put me on for the migraine I have had since last August 10th and partly because I lost the will to keep up on the diet. My main reason for dieting was so that I could potentially get off my blood pressure meds. Unfortunately, the docs upped my dose, not for the blood pressure, but to try and get a handle on my migraines. I am slowly getting back on track and am doing a lot more vegetable/fruit smoothies. I am also doing 99% organic foods and my meat intake is only about 10% of my diet at this point. Since I am juicing, most of my fruits and veggies are raw as well. I am hoping this diet will help all around to help me feel better and help me lose weight.
