Lots of medical stuff going on. Having to change my diet again to opt out of foods high in nickel and nicotine due to allergies. I am a little overwhelmed with the new diet and concerned about not being able to eat any whole grains, soy, legumes, dark green leafy plants or nightshade family plants. There is much more I cant eat....but hopefully it will help me feel better.

Weigh-in: 176.0 lb
