I agree that something is better than nothing. When I begin my walk I don't have a distance in mind, I just go as far as I want to walk. I usually do more than expected.

Veggie burgers have a lot of protein. Try the Morning Glory ones.

Total Gym
Hello every one, a month ago I did the Dr. oz two week detox diet. I lost 10 lbs. I continued with the two week diet but modified it a bit. So far so good. When I lose 25 lbs, I'm rewarding myself with a Total Gym. I can't wait!
