How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in once a week, first thing in the morning. Once you eat or drink, you have added 2-3 lbs. I also don't weigh the day after I have eaten a lot of salty foods. When you eat a lot of salt, you retain water. So, I make sure I control my sodium intake the next day and weigh in the day after. I also prefer the tape measure though, since gaining muscle will eventually make you look like you gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. Also, if you are working out really hard and tearing your muscles down well, you may gain water weight at first due to rebuilding and swelling.

Insanity Results Video
My friend and I did insanity last year and lost 40-45lbs a piece! We both got injured and had to stop. Gained weight, of course. Starting back up again now. I have done some of the turbo fire and love it too! It works better for me right now because I injured my wrist and can't do a lot of floor work. Love the intensity. Burn, on average, about 700 calories a workout.

So I just added the app for this to my facebook. When I went to sync my data from my phone, because nothing showed up in my facebook diet, it was different. Instead of simply syncing, it asked if I wanted to use the info from my web account and wipe my phone, or wipe my web and use my phone info. I chose to use the info from my account since I had synced it just a few minutes before. Now I have no data in my phone or online. So incredibly frustrating!!!!
