should i or should i not
Hey Sharon, I am also a bigger girl and trust me the last thing you want to do is hurt yourself doing those types of exercises. If you are looking for videos then you should be looking for something more low impact so you don't hurt any of you joints. I have heard really great things about these videos called walk away the pounds. The chick that does them is Leslie Sansone and they have minimal impact on your joints because all your doing is walking in place. Just a suggestion. Good luck, I'm rooting for you.
