I was quite successful the first time I did Medifast. I recall my sister in law saying "Don't lose anymore weight and look gaunt". I was so flattered by that because I had been struggling with my weight all of my life.
I am really good with Medifast as long as it is all that I eat. The moment I eat the Lean Green and start cooking and feeling like I'm not on a diet, that is when I mess it up. I am better when I am very stringent with my diet. What about any of you? Are you an extremist like me? How do you deal with it?
What is your downfall? Mine is watching TV late at night with my husband. We go on an eating binge together watching our favourite shows. He has Parkinson's Disease and late at night when he can no longer take his PD medication, he is frozen and can't move, so food becomes a welcome ally. This is my challenge, to keep him company but NOT eat along with him.
If you're on Medifast, please add me as your Buddy so we can share tips and tricks and our ups and downs. IT helps. :)
