The scale must be broken
I have never been a thin girl and I have always accepted that. But now I am 31 years old and last month when I went to weigh myself, I saw 196 lbs. I almost fell off the scale. I guess the fatness does creep up on you. So I decided to do something about it. I have been on nutrisystem for a month and that along with seeing a personal trainer once a week and working out on my own at least two other days a week has allowed me to lose 10 lbs. So I'm well on my way to my goal weight of 165 lbs. I will never be skinny, but for me I think that is a healthy weight I can manage. We'll see how it goes..
