I'm a 44 year old Mom of two boys who are in college. I'm in Vermont, and they are in Minnesota. I travel out every other week to watch them play football. In the mean time I run the office in my husband's company, and am studding to become a Battlefield Guide at Gettysburg. I have a wonderful doggie, who is just my love.
When I was 31 I weighed 248 pounds and could barely walk from the car to house. Over the next four years I got into shape and lost all the weight I wanted to. I stayed at my goal weight until three years ago, when I just let it slip away from me. Although I'm still in good shape and able to walk and run good distances, the weight is creeping back on. I can't let this happen. So I've got about 40 pounds to take back off. I know it wont happen over night, but slow and steady will get me there.
