Help me???
I have been so good in watcing what I eat and am back at zumba twice a week. I am 57 years old and cannot move that darn needle on the scale anyway but up. What gives? I put all I have into the zumba and believe me it is very intense. I come out of that class dripping wet. I stay away from carbs-bread,potatoes pasta. Any suggestions????

Getting Back on Track
Hi Everyone. It is now September, summer is over. I have to admit I got way off track over the summer. I have revised my weight loss to a realistic goal. I am back at zumba classes 2 times a week. I am ready to lose my poundage. I have crohns disease and have to be very careful of what I eat. For example I can eat lettuce salads, however not daily. Does anyone have any lunch time suggestions for me. I could use some help. Raw veggies can be eaten about the same as lettuce salad.I will try anything.

My weight loss cycle - do any of you have a similar experience?
I weigh daily also and I have the same results that you do. Up one day down the next. Then I am stuck there. I can never keep going down always on a upward spiral. That is when my motivation stops. Any suggestions?

Gaining weight
I know I am older and I find it very difficult to lose the weight. I lose 2 or 3 pounds, then gain it back. I have joined Zumba for exercise but nothing seems to help. Getting down in the dumps about this. Any suggestions?
