I have been so good in watcing what I eat and am back at zumba twice a week. I am 57 years old and cannot move that darn needle on the scale anyway but up. What gives? I put all I have into the zumba and believe me it is very intense. I come out of that class dripping wet. I stay away from carbs-bread,potatoes pasta. Any suggestions????

Track your calorie intake and/or add another day to your workout.

Fat Secret does pretty good at estimating your daily calorie burn, so you can compare what you're bringing in to your estimated burn. It might provide some insight.

No loss at all after 2 1/2 weeks
Silver Sneakers has great exercise options to strengthen muscles using a chair, stretch bands, etc. As we know, muscle is more efficient at burning calories.
