Hi Everyone. It is now September, summer is over. I have to admit I got way off track over the summer. I have revised my weight loss to a realistic goal. I am back at zumba classes 2 times a week. I am ready to lose my poundage. I have crohns disease and have to be very careful of what I eat. For example I can eat lettuce salads, however not daily. Does anyone have any lunch time suggestions for me. I could use some help. Raw veggies can be eaten about the same as lettuce salad.I will try anything.

Do cooked vegetables bother you? There is no harm in eating cooked vegetables rather than raw if your health limits your raw vegetable intake.
