Thanksgiving in Moderation?
We have a turkey run in the morning, too. I'm excited! I usually don't overeat, but there are some good cooks around for the holidays and this may be harder than I think.

Problems exercising, physical limitations
Thanks for the post, I have a problem with my back right now ,too. Hopefully temporary, but the pool sounds like a nice idea.
