Digital Scales vs Analogue Scales
All of the scales that I have used have a degree of variability. My current digital scale can differ up to pounds when weighing in 2-3 times in a row. I have been weighing myself only 1 day per week (Monday morning) and weigh myself a few times until the number is consistent.

My take on home scales is... pick one day per week, always weigh yourself on the same surface (below scale), and look for trends... Remember, weight is just an indicator of progress. It doesn't matter if the doctor's scale says you are 5lbs more than your home scale... Are you showing progress on your home scale when comparing this week to last?
