Back to where I started before this weekend minus some. I am down .3 from my lowest. Yay...it may be baby steps but it is still something. I think I am getting sick. I have had a headache for 3 days and I am just so tired...I am still going though. This Saturday is my one year anniversary and I am going out to dinner at one of those Brazilian steakhouses...I can see this is not going to go well. I will do what I can but I am going to enjoy the night with my honey.

Food: B - 1 cup of fiber once cereal and LF soy milk w/ 2 pieces of turkey bacon and a venti iced coffee w/ 2 splenda & no cream. (380 cals)
L - Pickled cucumbers & turkey burger w/ veggie cheese (200 cals)
D - Thai lettuce wraps made w/ SB friendly ingredients (400 cals)

Total cals - 980

Workout - 30 mins on treadmill at 3.5 incline (1.69 mi)
Weigh-in: 190.5 lb lost so far: 11.5 lb still to go: 25.5 lb Diet followed reasonably well

Well I weighed myself this morning. I am almost back to where I started. Yesterday morning my weight was up to 196 and this morning it is back down to 191. I'm sure it was all water weight and bloating (who drops 5 lbs in one day). I have dinner with the in-laws on Friday and they do not eat anything healthy. I will have to rely on portion control while I am there. I don't want to hurt my mother in laws feelings when I don't eat much but maybe she won't notice.

Food for Day 58:
B-1/2 cup fiber one with cinnamon and LF soy milk and 2 pcs of turkey bacon (260)
S - grande iced coffee w/ no cream and 2 splenda (90 cals)
L-Romaine salad w/ 1 sundried tomato & onions & 2 tbl spoons of LF dressing and a turkey burger with fake cheese (I have found that lactose doesn't sit well with me so I avoid real dairy) (350)
D-See lunch (minus sundried tomato and a different dressing) (350)

Total cals - 1050

Workout - 30 mins on treadmill at 5.0 incline (1.7 miles)

Definitely not weighing in today. I wasn't too bad on what types of food I ate this weekend but I ate a lot of it. A lot for me anyways...I have become so used to eating small portions that a hamburger (the good kind with the bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and mustard) was too much for me but I ate it anyways. I spent the weekend with my family at the lake house and it was bad! Lots of alcohol, lots of snacking to soak up the alcohol, and big meals with the family. I give myself 3 days of healthy eating before I weigh in again b/c I don't think I want to know the damage I have done.

Anyone heard of 7-Keto?? I was thinking about trying it b/c all it is supposed to do is keep help you reset your set weight. You know, the weight your body doesn't want to come off of. Still debating with myself over that.

L/D - 3 zucchini, 2 tomatoes, 2 jalapenos, & herbs and spices (250 cals)

Total - 540 calories
