Today sucks already. Yesterday I wanted to scream and cry at everyone for no reason in particluar and I could feel that I was starting to get sick. Today I am less cranky but definitely sick. :(

Food - B - fiberone cereal with cinnamon and LF soy milk
L - salad with 1.5 oz of chopped chicken and 2 tbl spoons of LF dressing
D - going out to eat with the inlaws before a concert but I am going to try and just get a side salad with oil and vinegar dressing...we'll see how that goes.

Skipped workout this morning b/c I feel like I got hit by a bus (due to being sick)

Sorry to hear you are sick. My daughters first week at school she brought home a cold and one by one we all got it. Everyone is just now getting past it. You are entitled to skip the workout.

Sorry to hear your sick that always puts a damper on things. The other day I was feeling well and I still got up and pushed my self to workout I took it alot easier but I actually felt better afterwards. But if you need your rest then thats what you need. Good luck and feel better soon

I'm sick too. The words to describe it are: grumpy, whiney, sneezy, coughy, headachy, tired, achy, light-headed, nauseous, uncomfortable. Hope you get better soon.
