Well I weighed myself this morning. I am almost back to where I started. Yesterday morning my weight was up to 196 and this morning it is back down to 191. I'm sure it was all water weight and bloating (who drops 5 lbs in one day). I have dinner with the in-laws on Friday and they do not eat anything healthy. I will have to rely on portion control while I am there. I don't want to hurt my mother in laws feelings when I don't eat much but maybe she won't notice.

Food for Day 58:
B-1/2 cup fiber one with cinnamon and LF soy milk and 2 pcs of turkey bacon (260)
S - grande iced coffee w/ no cream and 2 splenda (90 cals)
L-Romaine salad w/ 1 sundried tomato & onions & 2 tbl spoons of LF dressing and a turkey burger with fake cheese (I have found that lactose doesn't sit well with me so I avoid real dairy) (350)
D-See lunch (minus sundried tomato and a different dressing) (350)

Total cals - 1050

Workout - 30 mins on treadmill at 5.0 incline (1.7 miles)

A loss is a loss ...woo hoo! Good luck on Friday, its always hard when you are eating at someone else's house. Bring a salad to share with your in laws, this will give you something to fill up on before eating their leaded food and it can be played off as you just wanted to contribute something to the meal.
