Ok, weight loss went well the 1st week, then the 2nd week all but 2 lbs came back and now I am stuck there. I know it has only been three weeks and I have lost 3 lbs but I wish it were faster. I get frustrated when I try and the numbers do not move.
I try to think about what I did differently that first week. I think that it was the broccoli. There are certain foods for certain people that stimulate a quicker weight loss and I think broccoli is one of mine.
I will test my theory next week. I will try to eat the same stuff as this week but I will make broccoli my veggie. If that is the key, I can eat broccoli for the rest of my life.
Wish me luck....I need the strength now b/c I am not losing and I have added walking these past two days.

Yesterday I cheated. The boyfriend had a chocolate craving and in trying to be sweet brought me home my fav...M&M's. I ate the whole bag almost immediatly b/c I love them so much and have no will power.
Today is going good so far. Walked for 35 mins this morning and am not starving like I usually am when I work out. The thing is that I could run at about 5 mph but I get so bored that I won't go the full 30 mins. Instead, I walk at 3.5 at an incline of 3 and read while I walk. I could walk for hours if I had the time doing it this way.
Hoping to be back town to 195 tomorrow.

It was that TOM for me and I did not follow the diet as well as I should have. I am back on it and redoing the 2nd week of phase 1 since last week did not go so well. I am going to the beach for a few days in May and I was hoping to be at 190. I have 4 weeks to get there and I plan on starting my workout plan again so lets hope I can make it.

I am up to 195 again today but yesterday was a cheat day becuause it was mi padre's birthday. Hopefully I will be back down to 194 (or lower) by tomorrow morning. I documented my food and am scheduled to eat just under 800 calories. Weight loss is on schedule.
I am trying to lose 25+ lbs before my cruise in 1 year. I will be going in April of 2009 so weight 170 or less.
