This pic of me is who I was on 6-11-07. I picked my sisters clothes, she is smaller than me!, but I needed something to show me how others seen me instead of wearing the big 4X sweatshirts and baggy shorts that I thought made me look smaller! Ya, NOT! I put this picture up because someone else on this site put their picture up of them standing in one leg of the pants they used to wear and that was total inspiration to me. I hope others will be ispired the same way. GOOD LUCK TO ALL WE CAN DO IT ONE DAY AT A TIME!!

Am going on shopping trip today, just need to remember lean and white meats, and fish which I love. Fixed breakfast for the family this morning - Hungry Man Buttermilk Pancakes - they are my favorite and that was a hard one to get past, actually took one little bite just so I didn't have that "YOU CAN'T HAVE THAT" yearning of wanting to eat one. You can't deprive yourself from everything. Just that one bite made me feel like O.K. I am ok now, I don't need a pancake, and I made my three egg whites cooked in butter flavored Pam and Johnny's Seasoning and my giant bottle of Cherry Pomegranite Crystal Light! I can do this!

Am sticking to this well so far, am a bit tired today actually took a three hour nap!! I know I can do this. They say you shouldn't weigh but once a week but in order for me to keep going especially with as difficult this has been I have to weighin. It is when I see results that I have the motivation to keep going.
