O.k., am doing well except husband wanted to go to Mexican Rest. while we were in town yesterday! My fav. place to go but this is how it is around here, were had been working outside all morning and day in 110 degree weather. Now I knew this was helpful, this awful heat especially if we have been working out in it all day, I went ahead and ordered my burrito and could only eat 1/2 so felt better about that and ate it without thinking twice and it was yummy, will save the other 1/2 for lunch tomorrow, we are working out in the heat on the property again. I think watching myself as closely as I have been has helped me to better understand my body and what it does and I truly think this is a key thing when trying to loose weight is to really understand how our body reacts and works with the foods we are eatting.

O.K., stilll regret whatever it was I ate that made me swell like a balloon - owwww, ankles feel like water balloons but am just pumpin' in the water can tell it is going down a little. I guess if I want to play, I should know I'll pay. Have been sticking to Kimkins really well since I've been back. When I weighed Tuesday when we got back from that long weekend, I almost had a heartattack but knew if I did that to not expect to loose. See, back on track and it'll happen. Don't get discouraged, just think how yummy it was but know ya can't do it all the time cause what's the point in trying to loose? It's all good :-)

Went on weekend camping trip with old high school friends and families, oh goodness, the food!!! And of course we were in the mountains so there was outside volleyball and beer and drinks and heat!!! Need I say more? Nope! There was strawberry desserts, I took cheesecake and fresh raspberries and dips and chips - ya'll know the story and ya know I thought if I have succeded this long, I'll jump right back into it when we get home - have some fun girl and don't worry about it!!! And I did :-) It's o.k. if I know I can succeed then this will be no problem - will power and I have learned to have that :-)
