Am going on shopping trip today, just need to remember lean and white meats, and fish which I love. Fixed breakfast for the family this morning - Hungry Man Buttermilk Pancakes - they are my favorite and that was a hard one to get past, actually took one little bite just so I didn't have that "YOU CAN'T HAVE THAT" yearning of wanting to eat one. You can't deprive yourself from everything. Just that one bite made me feel like O.K. I am ok now, I don't need a pancake, and I made my three egg whites cooked in butter flavored Pam and Johnny's Seasoning and my giant bottle of Cherry Pomegranite Crystal Light! I can do this!
