- Meter los ingredientes en una batidora sin orden aparente y batir hasta que este bien integrado todo. Las 9 porciones son mas bien pequeñas si las queréis mas grandes saldrán menos. Las ponéis en una sartén con un poco de aceite (si podéis usar el que viene en spray mejor porque echas poca cantidad y se reparte bien) volcando la masa en círculos del tamaño que veáis.
- Cuando las dejéis en el plato una sobre otra y hayáis terminado ponerle un poco de miel por encima al gusto y fruta fresca. Rico y saludable.
