Bananapple Cookie Bites

A sweet, healthy treat with warm cinnamon and sweet apple.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl. Stir in the oats, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, apple sauce and vanilla essence.
  3. Mix well before leaving to stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Drop the mixture into 12 heaped tablespoons onto a baking tray lined with a wax paper sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the other tablespoon of cinnamon onto the cookies.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes and leave to stand. Enjoy.

Interesting Recipe. I would never have thought of baking bananas with oats but they turned out really well. Great that they are low in fat and help to keep you full longer. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
