A sweet, healthy treat with warm cinnamon and sweet apple.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Mash the banana in a mixing bowl. Stir in the oats, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, apple sauce and vanilla essence.
- Mix well before leaving to stand for 5 minutes.
- Drop the mixture into 12 heaped tablespoons onto a baking tray lined with a wax paper sheet.
- Sprinkle the other tablespoon of cinnamon onto the cookies.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes and leave to stand. Enjoy.
