Sándwich de Huevo con Ejote

Rico y nutritivo sándwich para desayunar o cenar.

Directions

  1. Freír la cebolla en el aceite, cuando esté acitronada agregar el ejote cocido y las rajas de poblano también cocidas.
  2. Batir el huevo y agregar sal y pimienta.
  3. Agregar el huevo a la fritura de cebolla, ejotes y chile poblano. Revolver y dejar cocer el huevo.
  4. Untar mayonesa al pan y poner el huevo.

Mucha grasa y pocas proteínas, en lugar de un huevo completo usa claras y no uses mayonesa, realmente no necesita

Acabo de analizar el desglose de calorias que no me deja mentir, tiene la mitad de grasa y apenas un 12% de proteina y para ser una receta fit tiene que ser todo lo contrario. Ya mejor ni la pruebo o otra opcion seria modificarla.
