Curry-Linsensuppe

Leichte Suppe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Linsen und Brühe in einem Topf aufkochen. Currypulver zugeben und alles zugedeckt 6 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze kochen lassen.
  2. Inzwischen Staudensellerie waschen, abtropfen lassen, putzen und gegebenenfalls entfädeln.
  3. Selleriestange teilen und in etwa 5 mm dünne Scheiben schneiden, zu den Linsen geben und zugedeckt weitere 5-10 Minuten garen (abhängig davon wie knackig man das Gemüse eben mag).
  4. Die Suppe evtl. noch mit Gemüsebrühe und/oder Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und mit dem Joghurt anrichten.
