Ingredients
Directions
- Linsen und Brühe in einem Topf aufkochen. Currypulver zugeben und alles zugedeckt 6 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze kochen lassen.
- Inzwischen Staudensellerie waschen, abtropfen lassen, putzen und gegebenenfalls entfädeln.
- Selleriestange teilen und in etwa 5 mm dünne Scheiben schneiden, zu den Linsen geben und zugedeckt weitere 5-10 Minuten garen (abhängig davon wie knackig man das Gemüse eben mag).
- Die Suppe evtl. noch mit Gemüsebrühe und/oder Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und mit dem Joghurt anrichten.
