Puré de verduras ligero.

Directions

  1. Lavar y picar ligeramente las verduras menos el ajo.
  2. Poner en la olla a presión, añadir las pastillas de caldo y completar con agua hasta un volumen de unos 3 litros. Cocinar a presión fuerte unos 9 minutos.
  3. Dorar el ajo laminado en las 2 cucharadas de aceite y añadir a las verduras antes de triturarlo todo.
