  1. Misture o ovo e o requeijão até formar um creme homogêneo, adicione o fermento e o sal, coloque num recipiente pequeno (mais ou menos 6 cm de altura) e leve ao micro-ondas por 3 minutos.
  2. Retire do micro-ondas, desenforme, divida ao meio e coloque recheio de sua preferência - os permitidos pela dieta - e leve o panini para dourar e derreter o recheio no tostex, grill ou frigideira.
