Filet de Poulet Carottes au Cumin
Très simple. Un vrai régal.
Ingredients
Directions
- Couper les carottes en rondelles, mélanger le cumin, huiles d'olive, oignons tranché avec les carottes.
- Découper les filets de poulet en 5, placer le tout au cuit vapeur, mettre le jus de citron et saupoudrer le fond de volaille déshydraté sur le poulet.
- Cuire 15 min (a ajuster en fonction de la puissance).
