Filet de Poulet Carottes au Cumin

Très simple. Un vrai régal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper les carottes en rondelles, mélanger le cumin, huiles d'olive, oignons tranché avec les carottes.
  2. Découper les filets de poulet en 5, placer le tout au cuit vapeur, mettre le jus de citron et saupoudrer le fond de volaille déshydraté sur le poulet.
  3. Cuire 15 min (a ajuster en fonction de la puissance).

Très facile et délicieuse. Il manque juste le fond de volaille déshydraté dans les ingrédients. A refaire.

Recette facile à réaliser de plus la cuisson vapeur super pour manger diététique, j'ai juste rajouter des petites tomates. Résultat parfait. Merci
