Orate al Cartoccio

Leggero e gustoso, ottimo per assaporare l'orata in tutta la sua delicatezza.

Directions

  1. Sviscerare l'orata, fare dei tagli ai lati, salare e spolverare con l'origano.
  2. Inserire delle fettine sottili di aglio nei tagli, tagliare a fettine il ciliegino ed inserirlo insieme all'aglio restante all'interno del pesce.
  3. Disporre il restante pomodorino sotto e sopra l'Orata chiudere a cartoccio nell'alluminio infornare per 25 minuti a 200 gradi
  4. È importante posare l'orata su un letto di fettine di pomodorino onde evitare che si bruci.
