Schmorgurken mit Tatar

Leckere Pfanne süßsauer abgeschmeckt.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Schmorgurke vom Stilansatz her schälen, der Länge nach halbieren und von den Kernen befreien, nochmal halbieren und in 1 cm dicke Stücke schneiden.
  2. Tatar in Öl anbraten mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und die Schmorgurken hinzugeben und 5 Min. dünsten. Dann mit den Tomaten und der Brühe ablöschen und weitere 20 Min. garen. Mit Essig, Zucker und Dill abschmecken und weitere 10 Min. garen.
  3. Dazu schmecken Kartoffeln oder Reis.

Hallo, die Mengenangaben habe ich so nicht eingegeben. Man braucht nur 1 EL Öl zum Anbraten, Dill nach Geschmack und stückige Tomaten aus der Dose (keine frischen). Guten Hunger!
