Pollo a la Jardinera

Pollo con verduras frescas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lava y desinfecta toda la verdura. Ahora corta las zanahorias y las papas en rodajas.
  2. Lava el pollo, retira la piel y la grasa que pueda tener.
  3. Agrega el pollo en una cacerola grande junto con el jugo de naranja; tapa la cacerola y pon a fuego medio por 10 minutos.
  4. Pasados los 10 minutos agrega las verduras y una pizca de sal y otra pizca de pimienta negra.
