Directions

  1. Die Tomaten in kleine Würfel schneiden. Die Gurke schälen und ebenfalls in kleine Würfel schneiden. Die Frühlingszwiebeln in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Petersilie und Pfefferminze nicht zu fein hacken. Die Zitrone auspressen.
  2. Das Gemüse mit den Kräutern mischen, Zitronensaft und Olivenöl zugeben und mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.
  3. Den Bulgur untermischen und mindestens 4Stunden kühl stellen und ziehen lassen. Zwischendurch zweimal gut durchmischen.
