Puré de apio con otras verduras.
Ingredients
Directions
- Trocear las verduras. Quitar las hebras del apio.
- Calentar en una olla una cucharada de aceite y rehogar la cebolla ligeramente. Añadir el resto de verduras, enrasar con un litro de agua. Añadir sal y cominos al gusto. Llevar a ebullición y bajar el fuego a un hervor ligero. Cocer 20 minutos.
- Dejar enfriar y pasar la batidora hasta que quede un puré fino. Presentar con unas hojitas del apio o cualquier elemento que le parezca apropiado.
