Sopa de Espinafres

Sopa de espinafres, com pouca batata.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Numa panela ferver a água com o sal e o azeite.
  2. Descascar cortar em cubos (para cozinhar mais depressa) a batata, a cenoura, a couve-flor (que pode ser substituída por outra couve branca), o chuchu, a cebola, a courgete e o nabo. Quando a água ferver deitar os legumes na panela, juntamente com os dentes de alho descascados e a salsa lavada.
  3. Quando estiver cozido, retirar do lume e triturar tudo em puré.
  4. Voltar a colocar ao lume e juntar as folhas de espinafres bem lavadas. Aguardar que acabe de cozinhar e está pronto a servir
