Muffin au Bananes

Directions

  1. Mélanger la farine, le sucre, la poudre à pâte, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel ensemble dans un bol.
  2. Dans un autre bol, mélanger l'oeuf, les bananes écrasées et la margarine.
  3. Mettre le mélange de farine dans le mélange de banane et mélanger ensemble. Mettre dans des moules à muffin graissés.. Cuire à 375F etre 20 et 25 minutes ou jusqu'à ce qu'un cure-dent en ressorte propre.
