Arroz Integral de Legumes

Arroz saboroso para um almoço ou jantar leve.

Directions

  1. Colocar num tacho o azeite, a cebola picada e o alho picado em lume brando. Quando a cebola estiver loirinha, junta-se o tomate e a cenoura em cubos e deixa-se refogar um pouco. Depois adiciona-se os cogumelos e deixa-se cozinhar mais 2 minutos.
  2. Adiciona-se o arroz integral, previamente lavado e adiciona-se 400 mL de água a ferver. Tempera-se com o sal e deixa-se cozinhar o arroz durante 25 min.
  3. Depois de cozido, pode-se adicionar salsa picada. Bom apetite.
