Quiche with Whole Wheat Tortilla Crust

A delicious, satisfying and nutritious quiche with an easy whole wheat tortilla crust.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. In a large bowl lightly beat eggs.
  3. Mix in skim milk, mayonnaise, pepper and flour.
  4. Add onion, cheese and spinach. Mix well.
  5. Place tortilla into bottom of a pie plate. Carefully pour all the mixture onto the tortilla. Garnish with chives.
  6. Place in middle rack in oven. Remove from oven when top is lightly browned approximately 45 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool and set for about 5 minutes. Cut into portions and serve.
