Хлеб из Цельнозерновой Муки

Очень вкусный и полезный хлеб из цельнозерновой муки.

Directions

  1. Муку прогреть в духовке при минимальной температуре минут 7-10. У меня было 70 градусов.
  2. Смешать все сухие ингредиенты.
  3. Сделать в середине углубление и добавить 400 мл тёплой воды. Замесить тесто.
  4. Положить тесто в форму для выпечки и накрыть мокрым полотенцем или пленкой. Дать подняться тесту примерно в 2 раза, по времени около часа.
  5. Поставить хлеб в духовку нагретую до 190 градусов на 40 минут. Потом достать хлеб из формы и допечь ещё 10 минут, чтобы корочка со всех сторон была хрустящей.
