Печень Говяжья со Сметаной

Тушеная печень.

Directions

  1. Печень обмыть, очистить от протоков и пленки, обсушить и нарезать кусочками. Добавить соль, перец и дать настоятся 5 минут.
  2. Лук очистить и нарезать полукольцами.
  3. Сковороду разогреть, влить масло и обжарить лук до прозрачности, добавить печень и жарить еще 5 минут на среднем огне.
  4. Сметану смешать с водой и мукой, добавить к печени и луку, тушить на медленном огне 20 минут.
